基于克隆选择算法的微电网多目标运行优化

摘要:
为合理安排微电网中分布式能源的出力,建立了以日电量成本最低、日温室气体排放量最少、全天中最大节点电压偏差最小为目标函数的微电网多目标运行优化模型,并采用克隆选择算法进行求解。在求解过程中,应用固定步长和变步长相结合的空间搜索方法来提高解的精度,通过反复克隆、变异、选择等操作,得到满足约束条件的Pareto最优解集,进而利用模糊隶属度计算总体满意度,解决最优解的选择问题。IEEE 33节点系统算例验证了所提模型及算法的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to rationally arrange the outputs of distributed energy sources in microgrid,a multi-objective operation optimization model is built,which takes the minimum daily power generation cost,minimum daily emission and minimum daily maximum-node-voltage deviation as its objectives,and is solved with the CSA(Clone Selection Algorithm). Both fixed and variable step space searching methods are adopted to improve the solution accuracy and the repeated operations of cloning,mutation and selection are applied to obtain the optimal Pareto solution set satisfying the constraint conditions. The fuzzy membership is used to calculate the overall satisfaction degree for determining the optimal solution. The case study for IEEE 33-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
