风电接入对继电保护的影响(四)—— 风电场送出线路保护性能分析

摘要:
分析了具备低电压穿越能力的双馈式风电场送出线路的故障特征,发现仅在三相金属性故障情况下风电场侧电压与电流同频率,其他故障情况下风电场侧短路电压、电流频率均不同;风电场的弱电源特性使得正负序阻抗远大于零序阻抗,接地故障时风电短路电流主要为零序分量,使得三相电流相近;风电场侧方向元件、距离元件、选相元件均无法保证正确动作。以某地区风电接入为例,对风电场送出线路保护进行动作性能测试,实验结果表明电流差动保护灵敏度降低,方向元件、距离元件、选相元件的动作性能受到严重影响。(详见2013年第33卷第4期)

Abstract:
The fault features of outgoing transmission line in DFIG-based wind farm with the capacity of low-voltage ride-through are analyzed,which shows that,the bus voltage at wind farm side and the short circuit current have same frequency only in the case of three-phase bolted fault while they are different in other fault cases;because the weak power characteristic of wind farm makes its positive- and negative-sequence impedance far greater than its zero-sequence impedance,the wind power short circuit current of grounding fault is mainly the zero-sequence component,resulting in three nearly same phase-currents;the direction element,distance element and phase-selection element at wind farm side operate incorrectly. The operating performance of the outgoing transmission line protection is tested for a regional grid-connected wind power and the experimental result shows that,the sensitivity of current differential protection reduces and the operating performances of direction element,distance element and phase-selection element are severely affected.
