风储混合系统能改善风电出力的随机性,使得风电出力具有一定的可控性,因此将风储混合系统引入电力系统中,并添加系统总能源利用率目标函数,建立含风储混合系统的多目标机组组合优化模型。新模型约束条件计及了储能系统控制模式和风储系统约束条件,并采用模糊处理技术和改进组合粒子群优化算法进行求解,给出机组启停和出力计划。讨论目标函数变化、风储系统引入、控制模式不同以及预测误差对结果的影响。算例分析表明所提模型和算法正确可行。 |

As the hybrid wind-storage system mitigates the randomness of wind power output and makes it controllable to a certain degree,a multi-objective unit commitment optimization model is built for the power grid containing the hybrid wind-storage system,which has an additional objective function of overall energy utilization rate,considers the control mode of energy storage system and includes the constraints of wind-storage system. The fuzzy processing technology and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm are adopted to solve the model. The unit commitment and generator output schedule is worked out and the impact of objective function variation,wind-storage system integration,control mode change and wind-power prediction error on it is discussed. Case analysis shows that the proposed model and algorithm are correct and feasible. |
