N - k故障下影响电力系统脆弱性的关键线路研究

摘要:
为研究N-k故障下导致电力系统脆弱性恶化的关键线路,提出一种构建关键线路模型的方法。基于脆弱性概念和复杂网络脆弱性理论,以电力系统最小失负荷率来表示电力网络的实际传输效率,建立电力系统脆弱性模型;基于协同破坏效应理论,结合N-k故障下故障集的脆弱性,建立故障情况下影响电力系统脆弱性的关键线路模型;考虑系统中两两相邻线路可能具有相似的特点,提出基于分区划分法的分析流程。IEEE 39节点系统算例仿真结果表明,所提模型和方法能够有效筛选故障集的数目,并得出高脆弱线路具有低协同破坏效应、高关键线路具有高协同破坏效应和低脆弱性的结论。

Abstract:
In order to study the critical lines leading to power system vulnerability deterioration under N- k contingency condition,a method of building the critical line model is proposed. Based on the concept of vulnerability and the vulnerability theory of complex network,a model of power system vulnerability is set up,which adopts the minimum load-shedding rate to express the practical transmission efficiency of power grid. Based on the theory of synergistic damage effect and the vulnerability of failure set under N- k contingency condition,a model of critical line affecting the vulnerability of power system under fault condition is built. With the consideration that the adjacent lines may have similar characteristic,an analysis flowchart based on the partition method is proposed. Simulative results of IEEE 39-bus system show the proposed model and method can effectively screen the failure sets. The obtained conclusion is:the highly vulnerable line has low synergistic damage effect while the highly critical line has high synergistic damage effect with low vulnerability.
