大容量液流电池系统数学模型与仿真

摘要:
大容量液流电池系统LCFBS(Large Capacity Flow Battery System)的内电阻特性与锂电池、铅蓄电池有较大差异。基于100 kW全钒液流电池系统的试验数据,采用多元高次多项式拟合的方法得到内阻的精确解析式,再根据电动势和荷电状态SOC(State Of Charge)的理论解析式,构建了大容量液流电池系统的数学模型;利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了具有一定精度的容量液流电池系统单元的仿真模型,通过仿真验证了数学模型的精确度,使内阻的相对误差控制在4.5 %以内。

Abstract:
The internal resistance characteristics of LCFBS(Large Capacity Flow Battery System) are totally different from those of lithium battery and lead-acid battery. Based on the data of 100 kW vanadium redox flow battery system,the multivariate high-order polynomial fitting is applied to obtain the precise analytic expression of internal resistance. According to the theoretic analytic expression of electrodynamic potential and SOC(State Of Charge),the accurate mathematical model of LCFBS is constructed. A simulation model with certain accuracy is built based on MATLAB/Simulink and the accuracy of the mathematical model of LCFBS is verified by the simulation,which shows the relative error of internal resistance is controlled within 4.5 %.
