含微电网的主动配电网协调优化调度方法

摘要:
研究微电网和主动配电网(ADN)互动运行模式,将微电网和ADN视为不同利益主体,提出一种含微电网的ADN协调优化调度方法。通过分析微电网和ADN的利益需求,将削峰填谷成本、微电网备用配置成本和用户停电损失期望体现于目标函数中,分别建立效益模型。同时,考虑ADN和微电网不同利益需求之间的博弈关系,提出了一种协同演化博弈算法(CGA),将ADN和微电网作为博弈参与者,分别对其效益函数进行模糊化处理并求解。在此基础上,考虑分布式电源随机性影响建立了基于不满意度的动态优化子模型,对CGA进行动态调整。算例分析了ADN和微电网参数对优化结果的影响,并与一般多目标优化算法进行对比,证明了所提方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:
The interactive operating modes of microgrid and AND(Active Distribution Network) are studied and a method of coordinated optimal dispatch between ADN and microgrids is proposed, which regards ADN and microgrid as different benefit subjects to establish their benefit models respectively. Their benefit demands are analyzed and the peak load shifting cost, microgrid reserve cost and user interrupted-energy loss expectation are included in the objective functions. A CGA(Co-evolutionary Game Algorithm) is proposed, which takes ADN and microgrid as individual game players to consider the gaming relation between them and solve their fuzzifying benefit functions respectively. A dynamic optimal sub-model based on the dissatisfaction degree is established to consider the randomness of distributed generations for the dynamic adjustment of CGA. The impacts of ADN and microgrid parameters on the optimization results are simulated, which proves that the proposed method has better effectiveness and superiority than normal multi-objective optimization method.
