基于相空间重构的大型变压器绕组松动的振动特征识别

摘要:
为识别大型变压器的绕组松动缺陷特征,进行110 kV变压器短路实验并测取油箱顶面3个测点的振动信号。应用相空间重构方法对振动信号进行研究。基于相图可视性的目的,取嵌入维数为 2。应用平均位移法确定最佳时间延迟,重构振动信号的相平面轨线。观察较大电流下(80% ~ 110% 额定电流)的轨线,可以发现特征:绕组松动状态下轨线近似为闭合的空心畸变椭圆,表明变压器振动是非线性周期振动;绕组压紧状态下轨线交叉混叠,并未沿主对角线打开。该特征在实验中的可重复性强。依据此特征,实现了绕组松动缺陷的识别。

Abstract:
In order to recognize the winding looseness fault of large transformer, a short circuit test of 110 kV transformer is carried out and the vibration signals of 3 measuring points on the top surface of its oil tank are acquired. The phase space reconstruction method is applied to study the vibration signals and the embedding dimension is set to 2 for the visibility of phase diagram. The average displacement method is applied to determine the optimal time delay for reconstructing the phase plane curve of vibration signals. The phase plane curves in conditions from 80% to 110% of rated current are researched, which shows that, in the condition of loosened winding, the curve is as a distorted nearly-closed hollow ellipse, indicating the transformer vibration is nonlinear and periodic; in the condition of compacted winding, the curve is cross-aliasing, not open along the main diagonal. The feather is repeatable in the test, according to which, the winding looseness fault can be recognized.
