摘要:
为避免切除因潮流转移导致过载的线路,提出一种基于功率灵敏度和经济补偿最小化的线路过负荷紧急控制方法。利用功率灵敏度矩阵反映各节点注入功率变量对线路功率变量的影响,以经济补偿最小化为目标,利用非线性优化得到满足线路过负荷消除约束、节点可调量约束、系统功率平衡约束及正常线路冗余量约束的紧急控制方法。所提方法可计算平衡机对电网各线路功率的灵敏度,令平衡机参与到紧急控制中,提高了电网保持稳定运行的能力;同时,其以经济补偿最小为目标,实用价值更高。将局部灵敏度计算法和稀疏向量技术结合,有效减少了计算量和内存量。在IEEE 39节点系统中对所提方法的正确性和优越性进行了验证。

Abstract:
A strategy of emergency control based on power sensitivity and minimized economic compensation is proposed to avoid the cutoff of overloaded lines caused by the power flow transfer, which applies the power sensitivity matrix to reflect the influence of nodal injection power on the line power and the nonlinear optimization to obtain the emergency control strategy with the minimized economic compensation as its objective and the line overload elimination, adjustable nodal power, system power balance and normal line redundancy as its constraints. It calculates the sensitivity of balance generator to the power of each line and makes the balance generator participating in the emergency control to improve the stable operation ability of power system. As it takes the minimized economic compensation as its objective, it has higher practicability. It combines the local sensitivity calculation with the sparse vector technique to effectively reduce the computation load and memory size. The validity and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified with IEEE 39-bus system.
