考虑风电机无功调节能力的配电网有功 / 无功联合调度

摘要:
针对含风电的配电网运行的研究大多只关注风电机输出的有功功率,而忽略其具有的无功输出能力。通过对双馈风电机组功率极限曲线的详细分析,建立考虑风速随机性的配电网有功/无功联合调度模型,该模型同时考虑调度方案的最优性和鲁棒性,并采用基于极限松弛的方法进行求解。仿真结果表明,所提方法可利用风电机的无功调节能力提高配电网电压稳定裕度,同时减少额外无功设备的投入,且所提方法获得的调度方案具有较高鲁棒性。

Coordinated active/reactive power dispatch considering reactive-power regulation capability of wind turbine for distribution network

Abstract:
The researches about the operation of distribution network with wind farms focus mainly on the active-power output of wind turbine and neglect its reactive-power output capability. The power limit curve of doubly-fed induction generator is analyzed and a coordinated active/reactive power dispatch model is built for the distribution network, which considers the randomicity of wind speed, takes the optimality and robustness of dispatch scheme into account, and is solved based on the limit relaxation method. Simulative results show that, the proposed method exploits the active-power regulation capability of wind turbine to improve the voltage stability margin of distribution network and reduce the investment of additional reactive-power instruments; the obtained dispatch scheme has better robustness.
