居民小区电动汽车光伏充电站三分段能量管理策略

摘要:
针对光伏充电站运行中的能量管理问题展开研究。介绍了光伏充电站的典型结构;分析了居民小区电动汽车充电行为,并建立了电动汽车充电负荷简化模型;基于分时电价和居民小区负荷特性,以充电站的购电费用、光伏利用率及电网峰谷差为主要衡量标准,提出以光伏充电站为主体的三分段能量管理策略。结合具体算例,在不同日照条件下验证所提策略的合理性、有效性。仿真结果表明,采用三分段能量管理策略能够对站内电动汽车进行有序充电管理的同时消纳本地光伏出力,并缩小电网峰谷差。所提策略算法简单,效果明显,不依赖预测数据,易于工程应用。

Tri-period energy management strategy for PV-assisted EV charging station in residential area

Abstract:
The energy management of PV(PhotoVoltaic) charging station is studied. The typical structure of charging station is introduced, the charging behavior of EV(Electric Vehicle) in residential area is analyzed, and a simplified EV charging load model is established. With the purchase costs of charging station, the utilization rate of PV power and the peak-valley difference as the main considerations, a tri-period energy management strategy based on the time-of-use prices and the load characteristics of residential area is proposed for the PV-assisted EV charging station. The rationality and validity of the proposed strategy are proved with specific examples in different sunshine conditions. Simulative results show that, with the proposed strategy, the orderly in-station EV charging management is realized, the local PV power accommodated and the peak-valley difference reduced. Independent of the predicted data, the proposed strategy is simple, effect and suitable for engineering application.
