基于实测数据的电压暂降特性分析

摘要:
实测数据是分析事物本质属性的最优资源。以某些大型城市电网电能质量监测系统中电压暂降的实测数据为基础,从典型波形、统计表格、累计概率、暂降相序4个方面对不同电压等级下的暂降事件进行分类统计,总结并分析不同类型暂降事件的统计与描述特性。相关结果表明:根据电压暂降均方根值波形的变化特征,可将其划分为4种类型;考虑不同类型的波形特征,不宜采用现有持续时间与幅值的描述方式,建议采用多暂降域值和持续时间的电压暂降描述方法;建议在IEC61000-2-8与国标的暂降统计表格中,对0.1 s内的持续时间进行更加详细的区间划分;给出的电压暂降幅值与持续时间的累计概率曲线能够分析各特征量的分布特性。

Abstract:
The measured data are the best resources to analyze the nature of things. According to the measured data of voltage sag in the power quality monitoring systems of some big cities, the sag events of different voltage levels are classified from four aspects, i. e. typical waveform, statistical table, cumulative probability and sag phase sequence, and the statistical and description characteristics of different sag events are summarized. The related results show that: the voltage sag can be classified into four types according to the variation characteristics of its root mean square waveform; it is unfavorable to adopt the current description method of duration and amplitude due to the waveform characteristics of different types, while it is recommend to use the voltage sag description method of multiple sag thresholds and duration; the du-ration of 0.1 s is recommended for more detailed interval division in the sag statistical table of IEC61000-2-8 and GB; the cumulative probability curves of voltage sag amplitude and duration can analyze the distribution characteristics of each characteristic quantity.
