电网友好型多用电设备协调控制模型与策略

摘要:
为提高电网频率稳定性,并兼顾用户用电综合满意度,建立一种电网友好型多用电设备协调控制优化模型,并提出其控制策略。该模型综合考虑友好响应电网频率以及用户用电综合满意度,其中友好响应电网频率以用电设备参与频率响应量进行衡量;用户用电综合满意度包括以用电设备累计中断负荷或减载运行总时间的平均值表示的用电设备受控满意度指标以及以用电设备的受控时间与运行时间建立的模糊隶属度函数表示的设备正常供电满意度指标。IEEE 14节点测试模型仿真结果表明,所提频率控制策略能有效应对频率波动。

Abstract:
In order to both improve the frequency stability of power grid and give consideration to the comprehensive electricity consumption satisfaction of household applications, an optimal coordinated control model for grid-friendly multi-household applications is built and the control strategy is proposed. The model comprehensively considers friendly response grid frequency and comprehensive electricity consumption satisfaction of household applications, the friendly response grid frequency is measured by the frequency response quantity of household applications, and the comprehensive electricity consumption satisfaction of household applications includes controlled satisfaction index represented by the average value of cumulative interrupted load of household applications or total load shedding operation time and normal power supply satisfaction index represented by the fuzzy membership function established by the controlled time and operation time of household applications. Simulative results of IEEE 14-bus test model show that the proposed strategy can effectively deal with frequency fluctuation.
