考虑充电功率的电动汽车快充站充电设施优化配置

摘要:
为实现电动汽车快充站内的经济建设,同时分析充电功率在充电站规划中的影响,提出了一种电动汽车快充站充电设施优化配置方法。以电动出租车为例,分析其出行特征,并基于排队论分析各个时段内站内排队系统的运行指标,建立分时段的用户等候时间成本计算模型。以充电站投资成本和用户等候时间成本之和最小化为目标函数,建立考虑装置利用率、排队时间、配电容量和占地面积的充电设施配置优化模型,在模型中同时对充电设施的充电功率和数量进行优化,实现快充站内社会成本的最小化。通过算例验证所提方法的可行性以及优化充电功率的经济性。

Optimal configuration of charging facility for electric vehicle fast charging station considering charging power

Abstract:
In order to realize the economic construction of electric vehicle fast charging station and analyze the impact of the charging power on the charging station planning, an approach to optimize the charging facilities of electric vehicle fast charging station is proposed. Taking the electric taxi as an example, the travel characteristics of the electric taxies are analyzed, and the operational indexes of the queuing system in each time period are analyzed based on the queuing theory. Subsequently, the waiting time cost calculation model of users is established. With minimum sum of the investment cost and the waiting time cost as the objective function and considering the utilization rate of facilities, queuing time, distribution capacity and floor area, the optimization model of charging facilities in charging station is established. The number and charging power of charging facilities are optimized simultaneously to achieve minimum in-station social cost. The feasibility of the proposed approach and the economy of charging power optimization are verified by a case study.
