模拟光电式电流互感器的频率特性分析

摘要:
从模拟光电式电流互感器的组成和实现原理出发,研究了关键器件参数对其传输带宽的影响,并分别对其各组成单元进行了建模,得到了系统光路的传递函数,并对其幅频、相频特性进行了分析;通过稳态和暂态信号传输的仿真及实测结果验证了建模的正确性。试验表明,模拟光电式电流互感器的截止频带可达到500 kHz,即使对1 MHz的高频信号也具有小于1 μs的上升响应时间,该互感器对稳态及暂态信号的良好传变特性使其在电气测量领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:
Based on the composition and implementation principle of the analog photoelectric current transformer, the influence of key device parameters on transmission bandwidth of analog photoelectric current transformer is studied, and the components of the system are respectively modeled, by which the transfer function of the system optical path are obtained, and its amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics are analyzed. The simulative results of steady state and transient signal transmission and the measured results verify the correctness of the modeling. Experiments show that the cut-off frequency band of the analog photoelectric current transformer can reach 500 kHz. Even for high frequency signal of 1 MHz, it has a rising response time of less than 1 μs. The transformer’s good transfer characteristics to steady state and transient signals make it have broad application prospects in the field of electrical measurement.
