大功率缺失下频率响应负荷聚合建模与分散控制方法

摘要:
为了充分利用海量分布的频率响应负荷资源,提出一种大功率缺失下频率响应负荷聚合建模与分散控制方法。首先,建立频率响应负荷聚合功率模型,对某省级电网典型场景下的负荷聚合潜力进行评估;在此基础上,基于离线典型场景和在线状态更新这2种方式,提出频率响应负荷分散动作策略制定方法,通过负荷分散动作响应阶段和恢复阶段的控制参数整定,实现频率响应负荷的快速响应和有序恢复;最后,通过某省级电网算例进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明了大功率缺失下频率响应负荷分散控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to make full use of the massively distributed frequency response load resources, a method of aggregation modeling and decentralized control of frequency response load under severe power shortage is proposed. Firstly, the load aggregation model is established and evaluated under typical scenarios of an actual district power grid. On this basis, a reasonable decentralized control strategy for frequency response load is formulated. The control parameters are preset based on the offline typical scenarios or online status update, to make frequency response loads response quickly and recover sequentially and provide effective support for severe power shortage. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed decentralized control strategy for frequency response loads under severe power shortage is verified by the simulation of actual district power grid.
