基于动态均衡凸-凹步骤法的含PI型DG配电网无功优化

摘要:
采用电流控制型逆变器并网的分布式电源和储能系统具有PI型并网功率接口特性,如果将其近似建模为恒功率模型,则可能造成无法忽视的计算偏差。研究计及PI型分布式电源精确功率接口特性的配电网无功优化问题以及相关的二阶锥松弛模型的可行性恢复方法。针对惩罚目标函数法和基本凸-凹步骤法在可行性恢复能力和最优性保持能力方面的缺陷,提出一种动态均衡凸-凹步骤法,采用二阶锥松弛法产生初始解,并以动态均衡权值替代固定权值。仿真算例验证了所提方法的性能。

Abstract:
The DG(Distributed Generation) and energy storage system grid-connected with current-controlled inverters have characteristic of PI-type grid-connected power interface. If they are approximately modeled as constant power models, it may cause calculation errors that cannot be ignored. The reactive power optimization problem of distribution network considering accurate power interface characteristic of PI-type DG and the relevant feasibility recovering methods for second-order cone relaxation models are researched. Aiming at the defects of penalty objective function method and basic CCP(Convex-Concave Procedure) method in feasibility recovery ability and optimality retention ability, a dynamically-balancing CCP method is proposed, which uses second-order cone relaxation method to generate the initial solution and substitute the fixed weight with the dynamically-balancing weight. Simulation case verifies the performance of the proposed method.
