基于有效惯量分布的电力系统惯量不足概率评估

摘要:
高比例可再生能源和高比例电力电子设备(即“双高”)接入电网将打破传统的电力系统惯量支撑局面,削弱系统惯量水平的同时带来运行安全隐患。针对机组强迫停运对电力系统惯量水平的影响,提出一种基于有效惯量分布的电力系统惯量不足概率评估方法。通过构建考虑惯量支撑机组强迫停运率的有效惯量模型,在求取系统惯量评估参考值和源运行状态的基础上,利用半不变量法和Gram-Charlier级数展开获取有效惯量概率分布曲线,进而定义系统惯量不足概率指标,最终完成评估周期内系统惯量安全的动态评估。基于改进IEEE 39节点测试系统进行仿真,结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:
The high percentage of renewable energy and the high percentage of power electronics(namely “double high”) connected to the grid will break the previous inertia support situation, which weakens the inertia level of the system and brings security risks. Aiming at the influence of forced outage of units on the inertia level of power system, a probability assessment method of power system inertia deficiency is proposed based on the available inertia distribution. By constructing an available inertia model considering the forced outage rate of inertia supported units, on the basis of obtaining the system inertia reference values and inertia source operation state, the probabilistic distribution curve of available inertia is obtained by using semi-invariant method and Gram-Charlier series expansion. Then, the dynamic assessment results during assessment period are completed by defining probabilistic indicators of system inertia shortage. The results of simulation based on the modified IEEE 39-bus test system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
