| 在对现有发电侧竞价交易模式进行比较分析的基础上，提出一种可操作的发电侧电力市场竞价交易模式——基于由固定成本和变动成本之和确定容量合同电价的“容量合同 效率置换 适时市场”模式。经系统仿真和实际试运营，这种模式是切实可行的。该模式有利于实现资源的优化配置、降低发电总成本。 |

| Based on the analysis of existing bidding modes for generation-side power market,an operable bidding mode called"capacity contract+efficiency replacement+timely market"is put forward,which determines the capacity contract price by the sum of fixed cost and variable cost.It is pro-ved reliable and feasible by the system simulation and actual application in power market.The mo-de is propitious to realize optimal configuration of resource and reduce total generation cost. |
