基于绕组函数的鼠笼式异步电动机故障仿真

摘要:
仿真是故障研究的一种重要途径,仿真效果与模型系数的计算准确度密切相关。异步电动机仿真模型中有大量的电感参数.利用绕组函数计算这些电感参数适用范围广、精度高。在此基础上.建立了鼠笼式异步电动机正常时和定子匝间短路、转子断条、气隙偏心等常见故障情况下的数学模型.并进行仿真分析。仿真结果与理论分析得到的结论基本吻合,表明模型及参数计算正确,可为故障诊断提供依据。

Fault simulation of squirrel cage induction motor based on winding function

Abstract:
Simulation is an important way of fault study, and its effect is related to the veracity of model parameters. There are parameters of inductance in the simulative model of squirrel cage induction motor,which can be precisely calculated using winding function. Based on that,mathematical models of squirrel cage induction motor in normal and familiar fault conditions,such as turn-to-turn fault of stator,broken bar fault of rotor and gap eccentricity,are established and simulated. Simulative results coincide with the theoretical concludes,which shows the correctness of the models and the parameter calculation. It provides support to fault diagnosis.
