一族具有直流链电压箝位的高升压比Y源逆变器

摘要:
针对耦合电感型阻抗源逆变器出现的直流链电压尖峰问题,在传统Y源逆变器的基础上,引入新型吸收回路,提出一族具有直流链电压箝位的高升压比Y源逆变器拓扑结构。对拓扑的工作模态和关键器件的电压、电流进行了详细分析,并给出电容和二极管的电压应力。相比其他耦合电感型阻抗源逆变器,所提逆变器在相同的电压增益下,具有更小的直通占空比,从而增大了调制比范围,提高了直流链电压利用率,且具有输入电流连续、元件电压应力较低等优点。搭建一台200 W实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性以及所提逆变器的优越性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of DC-link voltage spikes in coupled-inductor impedance-source inverters, the topological structures of a family of high step-up Y-source inverters with DC-link voltage clamping techniques are proposed, which adds novel absorbing circuits to the traditional Y-source inverters. The operational modes of the proposed topology, together with the voltage and current of the key devices are analyzed in detail, and the voltage stresses of capacitors and diodes are given. Compared with other coupled-inductor impedance-source inverters, the proposed inverters apply lower shoot-through duty ratio when considering same voltage gain, which expends the modulation ratio range, improves the efficiency of DC-link voltage. The proposed inverters have the advantages of continuous input current and lower voltage stresses of the components. A 200 W prototype is built to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and the superiority of the proposed inverters.
