直流微电网风储惯量协调控制策略

摘要:
针对永磁直驱风机的惯量支撑能力随运行点变化的问题,考虑储能系统惯量的快速灵活支撑能力,提出了一种基于类虚拟同步发电机控制的直流微电网风储惯量协调控制策略。通过电压环控制回路参数的协调解决了当前风储类虚拟同步发电机控制在动态响应初始阶段存在的直流母线电压突变问题,省去了以往的前馈补偿修正环节。引入了2个分别与风电机组的惯量支撑能力和储能系统荷电状态相关的储能惯量支撑系数,实现了全工况下的风储惯量协调控制。针对惯量协调控制中风电机组完成惯量支撑后转子转速恢复过程所导致的电压二次跌落问题,设计了储能辅助转子转速恢复控制,平抑了直流母线电压二次的波动。在MATLAB/Simulink中进行时域仿真,验证了所提风储惯量协调控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:
Since the inertia provided by the permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine changes with its operation points, a wind-storage inertia coordinated control strategy of DC microgrid based on the analogous virtual synchronous generator(AVSG) control is proposed considering the rapid and flexible inertia supporting capability of energy storage system. The voltage mutation in the initial stage of the wind or storage AVSG control dynamic response is eliminated through the parameter coordination of the voltage control loop, thus the feedforward compensation correction link is not needed. Two energy storage inertia support coefficients are introduced, which are related to the inertia support capability of wind turbines and state of charge(SOC) of the energy storage respectively, and the wind-storage inertia coordinated control under all operation conditions are realized. An auxiliary rotor speed recovery control of energy storage is designed to smooth the secondary fluctuation of DC voltage, which is caused by the wind turbine inertia support during the inertia coordinated control. The time domain simulation is carried out in MATLAB/Simulink, which is verified the effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control strategy of wind-storage inertia.
