摘要:
为提升单个区域综合能源系统(RIES)的运行灵活性及经济性,针对多类异构RIES合作能量交易的协同运行和收益分配问题,提出了一种计及可再生能源随机模糊性的优化模型。为缓解能量传输压力,在多区域综合能源系统(MRIES)框架内引入了能量网络运营商(ENO)专门负责区域间的能量交易。考虑可再生能源出力的随机模糊双重不确定性进行了随机模糊建模来降低不确定性对系统的影响。针对MRIES的协同优化问题,在求解最优策略时采用改进交替方向乘子法提升算法的收敛性能。构建了基于改进Solidarity值的收益分配模型,考虑了不具备能量贡献能力的ENO的收益以及各主体的可再生能源本地消纳能力和碳排放量,促进了联盟的低碳、长期稳定运行。最后,通过算例仿真验证了所构建的MRIES合作模型能够实现各RIES经济、灵活、低碳运行,并验证了所提的随机模糊建模、改进交替方向乘子法以及基于改进Solidarity值的收益分配模型的有效性。

Abstract:
To improve the operational flexibility and economy of a single regional integrated energy system(RIES),an optimization model considering the randomness and fuzziness of renewable energy sources is proposed for collaborative operation and revenue distribution in energy trading among multiple heterogeneous RIESs. To alleviate energy transmission pressure, an energy network operator(ENO) is introduced in the multi-regional integrated energy system(MRIES) framework to manage inter-regional energy trading. The random-fuzzy dual uncertainty of renewable energy output is modeled to reduce its impact on the system. Subsequently, for the co-optimization problem of MRIES, an improved alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) is adopted to solve the optimal strategy and enhance the algorithm’s convergence performance. Then, a revenue allocation model based on improved Solidarity value is constructed, which accounts for the revenue of ENOs lacking energy contribution capacity, as well as renewable energy local consumption capacity and carbon emissions of each participant, and promotes the low-carbon and long-term stable operation of the alliance. Finally, the numerical simulations show that the proposed MRIES cooperation model can achieve economical, flexible and low-carbon operation of each RIES, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed random-fuzzy modeling, improved ADMM and revenue allocation method based on improved Solidarity value.
