摘要: |
针对柔直配电网故障清除难度大且故障清除设备难以保障健全区域供电可靠性的问题,提出一种基于主动短路原理的阻感式限流直流断路器。所提断路器包含通流支路、限流模块及主断开关这3类子模块,故障后利用限流模块内晶闸管与自充电电容配合,实现故障电流快速转移与有效抑制;通过主断开关内金属氧化物避雷器耗散故障能量,完成故障清除。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建柔直配电网仿真模型,对所提直流断路器的性能进行验证,并与现有典型直流断路器进行对比分析。结果表明,所提断路器限流响应速度快、避雷器耗能低且具备多类型故障清除能力;同时,基于主动短路式拓扑,限流模块与主断开关仅需单向导通能力,有效减少了断路器中电力电子器件数量,经济性更优。 |

Abstract: |
To address the difficulties in clearing faults in flexible DC distribution network, and ensuring the reliability of regional power supply through fault-clearing equipment, a resistive-reactance-type current-limiting DC circuit breaker(DCCB) based on the active short circuit principle is proposed. The proposed DCCB consists of three types of sub-modules: load-commutation branch, current-limiting module and main breaker. After a fault, the fault current is swiftly diverted and effectively suppressed by the cooperation between thyristors and self-charging capacitors in the current-limiting module. Subsequently, the fault energy is dissipated by the metal oxide arrester in the main breaker, thereby completing the fault clearance process. A flexible DC distribution network simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the performance of the proposed DCCB. Besides, the proposed DCCB is compared with other typical DCCBs. The results demonstrate that the proposed DCCB has fast current-limiting speed, low energy consumption for metal oxide arrester, and multi-type fault clearing capabilities. Furthermore, based on an active short circuit topology, the current-limiting module requires only unidirectional conduction capability in relation to the main breaker, which can effectively reduce the number of power-electronic devices in the DCCB and make it economical. |
