摘要:
针对配电网电压越限和波动问题,提出一种基于合作博弈的分区及无功/电压控制方法。在日前时间尺度上,基于K-means算法进行日内分区调整时段聚类,以聚类时段内节点电压受光伏无功输出影响最大为准则,确定初始分区方案,建立、求解初始子分区间合作博弈模型,以获得兼顾子分区内协同性和子分区间解耦性的分区方案;在实时时间尺度上,提出基于电压灵敏度和无功跟踪控制的实时无功/电压分区控制方法,实现对电压越限和波动的有效抑制。以改进IEEE 33节点系统和IEEE 69节点系统为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。结果表明,所提分区及无功/电压控制方法取得了良好的区间电压控制解耦和电压波动抑制效果。

Abstract:
Aiming at the voltage problem of exceeding limit and fluctuation in distribution network, a partitioning and voltage/var control method based on cooperative game is proposed. On the day-ahead time scale, the K-means algorithm is used to cluster the intraday partition adjustment period. Based on the criterion that the bus voltage is most affected by the photovoltaic reactive power output during the clustering period, the initial partition scheme is determined, a cooperative game model between initial sub partitions is established and solved to obtain a partition scheme that considering both intra partition cooperation and inter partition decoupling of sub partitions. On the real-time time scale, a real-time voltage/var partitio-ning control method based on voltage sensitivity and reactive power tracking control is proposed to effectively suppress limit exceeding and fluctuation of voltage. Taking the modified IEEE 33-bus system and IEEE 69-bus system as examples, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. The results indicate that the proposed partitioning and voltage/var control method has achieved good effects of interval voltage control decoupling and voltage fluctuation suppression.
