风机泵类高压变频改造的节能分析及计算方法

摘要:
基于对风机泵类高压变频改造前后不同调节方式以及不同调节方式的性能曲线、管路特性曲线的研究,比较分析了不同调节方式的节能原理、对节能的影响及节能效果。从风机泵类变频调速系统整体角度考虑,针对不同工况研究了风机泵类变频调速前后节能效果的理论计算方法。以电厂风机泵类高压变频改造试验和实际运行数据为例,验证了该计算方法的准确性和可行性。

Abstract:
The energy-saving principle and effect of different regulation modes are compared based on the study of their performance curves and pipeline characteristic curves before and after retrofitting. Theoretical calculation of energy-saving effect for different operating conditions is investigated from the whole system of variable-frequency speed regulation for fans and pumps. Its correctness and feasibility are validated with the test and practical operating data of an energy-saving retrofitting project for fans and pumps of power plant.
