为了准确评估虚拟电厂在电源侧和负荷侧出现多重不确定性情况下可为电力系统运行提供的响应能力,提出考虑多重不确定性的虚拟电厂响应区间两阶段鲁棒优化评估方法。基于虚拟电厂内可再生能源与负荷不确定性特征的区间描述,建立以运行成本最低为目标的虚拟电厂响应区间评估模型,通过场景分解将其转化为最劣场景与最优场景下的两阶段鲁棒优化模型,采用列和约束生成算法分别求解2个场景下的各设备功率区间计划,并将虚拟电厂在2个场景下的对外响应功率计划作为上、下限,从而评估虚拟电厂参与电网运行的响应区间。算例仿真结果表明,该方法能够在计及不确定因素影响并保证解空间可行的情况下,评估虚拟电厂对外交互功率和运行成本的适宜区间,为虚拟电厂参与电网调度及电力交易提供参考。 |

In order to accurately evaluate the response ability that virtual power plant can provide for power system operation under multiple uncertainties on the power source side and load side, a two-stage robust optimization evaluation method of response interval for virtual power plant considering multiple uncertainties is proposed. Based on the interval description of uncertainty characteristics for renewable energy and load in virtual power plant, an evaluation model of response interval for virtual power plant is built with the minimum operating cost as the object, which is transformed into two-stage robust optimization models under both the worst scenario and the optimal scenario through scenario decomposition, the column-and-constraint generation algorithm is adopted to solve the power interval plan of each equipment under two scenarios, and the external response power plans of virtual power plant under two scenarios are taken as the upper and lower limits, thus the response interval of virtual power plant participating in power grid operation is evaluated. The simulative results of an example show that the proposed method can evaluate the appropriate interval of external interactive power and operation cost of virtual power plant under the condition of considering the influence of uncertain factors and ensuring the feasibility of solution space, which provides a reference for virtual power plant participating in power grid dispatching and power trading. |
