摘要: |
现今的市场出清模型难以反映电化学储能真实的运行损耗,进而不利于有效配置储能资源,且考虑储能参与后,市场出清电价的形成机理更为复杂,系统运营商常面临出清结果难以解释的问题。提出考虑储能改进循环寿命的电能量市场出清机制,通过引入放电累计电量及对应的单位成本正确衡量储能的运行损耗。针对市场出清电价难以校核与解释的问题,提出考虑储能的电价成因量化分析方法,通过建立报价参数与节点边际电价之间的关联解释节点边际电价的构成。算例分析结果表明,所提市场出清机制能有效反映储能运行损耗,从而能有效地促进储能参与电能量交易。基于所提模型的市场出清结果验证了所提电价成因量化分析方法的正确性和实际应用价值。 |

The current market clearing models are difficult to reflect the true operation loss of electrochemical energy storage, which is not conducive to effective allocation of energy storage resource, and the formation mechanism of market clearing price becomes more complex after considering the participation of energy storage, the system operators often face the problem of difficulty in explaining the clearing results. An electric energy market clearing mechanism considering the improvement of energy storage cycle life is proposed, the operation loss of energy storage is correctly measured by introducing the accumulated discharge energy and corresponding unit cost. Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to verify and explain the market clearing price, a quantitative analysis method of forming cause for locational marginal price considering energy storage is proposed. The construction of locational marginal price is explained by establishing the correlation between quotation parameters and locational marginal price. The example analysis results show that the proposed market clearing mechanism can effectively reflect the operation loss of energy storage, thus can effectively promote energy storage participating in electric energy trading. The market clearing results based on the proposed model verify the correctness and practical application value of the quantitative analysis method of forming cause for locational marginal price. |
