一种带方波电流注入电路的串联型24脉波整流器

摘要:
为了解决常规串联型12脉波整流器输入电流谐波含量高的问题,提出了一种带方波电流注入电路(SWCI)的串联型24脉波整流器。SWCI中的单相整流桥被串联在负载通路中,它根据输入电压的极性交替导通来增加整流桥的输出电流的电平数,然后根据交直流两侧电流的对应关系,将整流器的输入电流的台阶数增加到24,进而实现对输入电流谐波的有效抑制。分析结果表明,当SWCI按最优匝比设计时,输入电流被改进为标准的24台阶波,消除了输入电流的11、13次谐波。所提SWCI方案无须采用任何有源器件,且SWCI中辅助变压器的容量仅为整流器输出功率的1.95 %,故所提方案具有电路结构简单、易于实现、成本低廉等优点。为了验证理论分析的正确性,搭建了一台输出功率为2 kW的实验样机,实验结果表明采用SWCI方案后,输入电流的总谐波畸变率由12.1% 降低为3.6 %,谐波被有效降低。

Abstract:
To solve the problem of high harmonic content in the input current of the conventional series-connected 12-pulse rectifier, a series-connected 24-pulse rectifier with a square-wave current injector(SWCI) is proposed. The single-phase bridge rectifier in SWCI is connected in series in the load path, and it alternately conducts according to the polarity of the input voltage to increase the number of levels of the output current of the bridge rectifier. Then, according to the corresponding relation between the currents on AC and DC sides, the number of steps of the input current of the rectifier is increased to 24, thus realizing the effective suppression of the input current harmonics. The analysis results show that when SWCI is designed with the optimal turns ratio, the input current is improved to a standard 24-step wave, eliminating the 11th and 13th harmonics. The proposed SWCI scheme does not require any active devices, and the capacity of the auxiliary transformer in SWCI is only 1.95 % of the rectifier output power, so the proposed method has the advantages of simple circuit structure, easy implementation and low cost. To verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, an experimental prototype with an output power of 2 kW is established. The experimental results show that the total harmonic distortion of the input current is reduced from 12.1% to 3.6 % after adopting SWCI, and the harmonics of the input current are effectively reduced.
