天津大港油田全厂电气监控系统包括水电调度中心、配网中心、所有变电站自动化系统等。主要介绍了该系统从调度、配网到自动化系统的整体解决方案。调度系统网络配置采用可靠、易扩展的星形级联以太网方案,调度主站有机集成数据采集和监控、高级应用分析、智能调度、培训仿真、调度管理等功能。配网管理系统采用了实时应用、馈线自动化、配电管理的综合解决方案。整个系统对上述几个方面进行二次一体化应用设计,实现对天津大港油田电网的全面监控。基于IEC61970和IEC61968国际标准,具有高效、可靠,易维护,易于扩展和升级等优点。 |

The electrical monitoring and control system of Tianjin Dagang Oil Field consists of the water and power dispatch center,the distribution center and the automation systems in all substations. Its total solution is introduced mainly from the dispatch and distribution network to the automation system. The dispatch network is of the reliable and expandable star Ethernet architecture. The master dispatch station integrates systematically the functions:SCADA,advanced application analysis,intelligent dispatch,training simulation,dispatch management,etc. The distribution management system adopts the comprehensive scheme,including the real-time application,feeder automation and distribution management. The integrated secondary application design is carried out for entire system to realize the overall monitoring and control of Tianjin Dagang Oil Field grid. It is based on the international standards IEC61970 and IEC61968,with the features of high efficiency,reliability,maintainability,extendibility and upgradability. |
