基于配电网接纳能力的分布式电源并网案例库架构设计

摘要:
分布式电源的容量大小及接入方式影响配电网的安全稳定运行,尤其是在未来高渗透率分布式电源接入局部配电网时,地市供电公司将面临确定分布式电源并网方案的挑战。分析分布式电源并网运行的制约条件和关键影响因素,从优化分布式电源并网运行方式的角度出发,提出一种基于配电网接纳能力的分布式电源并网案例库架构,以期为开展系统性的案例研究、支撑分布式电源并网方案快速制定和优化提供理论指导。

Abstract:
The capacity and integration mode of distributed generation affect the safe and stable operation of distribution network. Especially, when distributed generation integrated to local distribution network with high penetration in the future, the district power supply company will face the challenge of determining the integration scheme of distributed generation. The constraints and key influencing factors of integration operation of distributed generation are analyzed. From the perspective of optimizing the integration operation mode of distributed generation, an integration case library framework of distribution generation based on distribution network adoption capability is proposed, which aims to provide theoretical guide for the systemic case study and fast making and optimization of integration scheme of distributed generation.
