随着“双碳”目标的提出,亟需完成电源结构调整和降耗减排的任务。提出一种考虑碳交易收益和网损成本的含新能源系统发电权交易优化模型,以推动各类发电厂商积极参与发电权交易。采用发电权日内多边协商交易模式,在降低交易偏差的同时提升交易效率并扩大规模;融合碳交易机制,构建风火、光火和火火多种发电权交易结构,充分挖掘各机组的减排潜力;基于功率分量理论计算交易前、后网损成本的变化,为网损费用的控制和结算问题的解决提供参考;以多边协商交易后综合收益最优为目标函数,考虑出力特性、系统安全等约束条件,建立日内发电权交易电量优化模型。改进的IEEE 39节点系统仿真结果验证了所提模型的有效性。 |

With the proposal of “dual carbon” goal, it is urgent to finish the task of power structure adjustment and consumption and emission reduction. An optimization model of power generation right for system with renewable energy is proposed considering carbon trading income and network loss cost, which aims to promote various power plants to actively participate in power generation right trading. The intra-day multilateral negotiation trading mode of power generation right is adopted, which reduces the trading deviation while improves the trading efficiency and expands the scale. Integrating the carbon trading mechanism, multiple power generation right trading structures of wind-thermal, light-thermal and thermal-thermal are constructed, which fully exploit the emission reduction potential of each unit. The network loss cost difference before and after trading is calculated based on the power component theory, which provides reference for the problems of network loss cost control and settlement. An optimization model of intra-day power generation right trading electricity quantity is built, which takes the optimal comprehensive income after multilateral negotiation trading as the objective and considers the constraints of output characteristic and system security and so on. The simulative results of the improved IEEE 39-bus system verify the effectiveness of the proposed model. |
