传统的配电网灾害抢修策略主要利用配电网的内部资源,无法考虑多个配电网间的功率互济和协同恢复。考虑到交直流混联配电网能够通过交直流混联的拓扑结构实现功率互济,建立交直流混联配电网的抢修决策模型,通过协调抢修队、线路开关、分布式电源、电压源换流器,最大限度地提高交直流混联配电网的负荷恢复量。对模型中存在的非线性约束进行线性化处理,将优化问题转化为可快速求解的混合整数模型,并采用CPLEX求解器求解最优抢修策略。基于IEEE 14节点系统建立一个交直流混联配电网并进行仿真分析,结果验证了所提抢修策略的有效性。 |

The traditional disaster repair strategies of distribution network mainly use the internal resources of distribution network, and can not consider the interconnection power supply and cooperative recovery among multiple distribution networks. Considering that the AC/DC hybrid distribution network can realize interconnection power supply through its topology structure, a repair decision model of AC/DC hybrid distribution network is established to maximize the load recovery of AC/DC hybrid distribution network by coordinating the repair teams, line switches, distributed generations, voltage source converters. The nonlinear constraints in the model are linearized to transform the optimization problem into a hybrid integer model, which can be solved quickly. Then, the optimal repair strategy is solved by CPLEX solver. Based on IEEE 14-bus system, an AC/DC hybrid distribution network is established and simulated. The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed repair strategy. |
