考虑多场站短路比约束的构网型储能及分布式调相机优化配置方法

摘要:
大规模配置分布式调相机以保证新能源多场站的短路比满足要求,存在成本难以承受的实际困难,亟需实现构网型储能与分布式调相机的最优化配置。提出考虑新能源多场站短路比约束的最小短路容量建模方法以及配置分布式调相机及构网型储能后并网点短路容量的计算方法,实现多场站短路比约束的线性化表达;构建考虑新能源多场站短路比约束的分布式调相机及构网型储能优化配置模型;以实际光伏基地为算例,分析构网型储能的短时过流能力对多场站短路比及短路容量的影响,给出构网型储能及分布式调相机的优化配置方案,并分析同一配置方案下采用不同计算方法的多场站短路比与短路容量结果的误差。结果表明所提方法的保守度满足工程应用需要,验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

Optimal configuration method of grid-forming energy storage and distributed synchronous condenser considering constraints of MRSCR

Abstract:
The large-scale configuration of distributed synchronous condensers to ensure that the multiple renewable energy stations’ short circuit ratio(MRSCR) meet the requirements, has practical difficulties with unbearable cost. It is urgent to realize the optimal configuration of grid-forming energy storage and distributed synchronous condenser. A modeling method of minimum short circuit capacity considering the MRSCR constraint and a calculation method of short circuit capacity of the point of common coupling after the configuration of distributed synchronous condenser and grid-forming energy storage are proposed to realize the linearization of MRSCR constraint. The optimal configuration model of distributed synchronous condenser and grid-forming energy storage considering the MRSCR constraint is established. Taking an actual photovoltaic base as the example, the influence of short-time overcurrent capacity of grid-forming energy storage on short circuit ratio and short circuit capacity of multiple stations is analyzed, the optimal configuration scheme of grid-forming energy storage and distributed synchronous condenser is given, and the error of short circuit ratio and short circuit capacity of multiple stations obtained by different calculation methods under the same configuration scheme is analyzed. The results show that the conservative degree of the proposed method meets the requirements of engineering application, and the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are verified.
