数字孪生与生成式人工智能赋能新型电力系统运行控制研究综述

摘要:
新一代信息技术的发展,尤其是以数字孪生为代表的仿真建模技术与以生成式人工智能为代表的人工智能技术取得突破性进展,为新型电力系统解决供需不确定性加剧、系统运行复杂度提升等挑战提供了创新思路。聚焦于数字孪生与生成式人工智能赋能新型电力系统运行控制的各个领域,介绍了数字孪生与生成式人工智能的基本概念与技术优势,并分别详细总结了两者在电力系统优化调度,故障预警等应用场景下的相关文献。同时探索了两者协同融合对提升电力系统智能化水平的巨大潜力,最后分析了目前在电力系统中应用数字孪生与生成式人工智能时面临的挑战与发展前景。

Abstract:
The advancement of next-generation information technologies, particularly the modeling techniques represented by digital twin and the artificial intelligence technologies represented by generative artificial intelligence, has provided innovative solutions to address the growing uncertainty and complexity in power system operations. Various applications where digital twins and artificial intelligence enable the operation and control of the new power system are summarized. The fundamental concepts and representative models of digital twins and generative artificial intelligence are introduced, followed by a comprehensive review of their applications in power system respectively, including optimal dispatching, fault early warning and other scenarios. In addition, the potential of their synergistic integration is explored to make the operation and control of future power systems more intelligent. Finally, the current challenges and development prospects of applying these two technologies in the power system are discussed.
