新能源多馈入配电系统暂时过电压机理和精确计算方法

摘要:
高比例新能源接入配电系统可能导致系统在故障恢复期间出现工频暂时过电压问题,然而现有研究难以评估阻感比较大的配电系统的暂时过电压风险。为此,通过研究低电压穿越期间和故障清除后的新能源非线性输出特性,分析线路阻感比和新能源输出有功电流对并网点电压的作用机制,揭示配电系统的暂时过电压机理,得到新能源多馈入配电系统暂时过电压达到最大值的条件,并提出一种计及新能源有功电流和节点电压相位非线性影响的基于迭代计算的配电系统暂时过电压精确计算方法。仿真结果表明所提方法可以准确评估配电系统的暂时过电压风险,且配电系统中的有功电流会加剧暂时过电压水平。

Abstract:
The integration of a high proportion of renewable energy into the distribution system may lead to the problem of temporary overvoltage at power frequency during the fault recovery period of the system. However, existing studies are difficult to assess the risk of temporary overvoltage in the distribution system with larger ratio of resistance to inductance. Therefore, the nonlinear output characteristics of renewable energy during low-voltage ride-through and after fault clearance are studied, the effect mechanism of the line’s ratio of resistance to inductance and the renewable energy’s output active current on the voltage of point of common coupling is analyzed, the temporary overvoltage mechanism of the distribution system is revealed, and the condition that the temporary overvoltage of the renewable energy multi-infeed distribution system reaches the maximum value is obtained. An iterative calculation-based precise calculation method of temporary overvoltage in the distribution system is proposed, which considers the nonlinear influence of the active current of renewable energy and the phase of node voltage. Simulative results show that the proposed method can accurately assess the risk of temporary overvoltage in the distribution system, and the active current in the distribution system will intensify the level of temporary overvoltage.
