不同交易模式下日前电碳耦合市场运行策略

摘要:
在电碳耦合市场发展的过程中,需要结合碳市场实际交易模式分析发电商电碳耦合市场报价策略和出清结算问题。提出日前电碳耦合市场交易框架,统一2个市场时间尺度;将年度初始碳配额逐层分解到日,并根据实际碳配额消耗量建立滚动修正模型,实现碳配额的及时预测和修正;考虑碳市场成员之间的竞争博弈关系,构建双边协商和集中竞价交易模式下的电碳耦合市场双层博弈模型;采用改进差分进化算法和CPLEX求解器分别求解上、下层模型。利用MATLAB进行仿真分析和方案对比,结果验证了所提模型的有效性以及最优报价策略和动态碳价机制的可行性。

Abstract:
During the process of electricity-carbon coupling market development, it is necessary to analyze the bidding strategy and clearing and settlement problems of power generators in the electricity-carbon coupling market with the combination of actual trading mode of carbon market. A trading framework of day-ahead electricity-carbon coupling market is proposed to unify the time scales of two markets. The annual initial carbon quota is decomposed into day layer by layer, and a rolling correction model is established according to the actual carbon quota consumption, which realizes the timely prediction and correction of carbon quota. The competitive game relationship between carbon market members is considered, and a dual-layer game model of electricity-carbon coupling market under bilateral negotiation and centralized bidding trading modes is constructed. The improved differential evolution algorithm and the CPLEX solver are used to solve the upper and lower models respectively. The simulation analysis and scheme comparison are carried out on MATLAB, and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and the feasibility of the optimal bidding strategy and dynamic carbon price mechanism.
