基于分布式优化的多区域柔性互联配电系统源网储协同规划

摘要:
为了应对分布式光伏渗透率的快速提升,构建柔性互联配电系统是重要手段。提出了基于智能软开关(SOP)的多区域柔性互联配电系统的分布式规划方法,协同优化配置多个互联配电网的SOP、分布式光伏和储能。以年综合成本最小为目标,建立柔性互联配电系统的规划模型;从多端口SOP处将多个配电网解耦,构建分布式优化模型,通过凸松弛和线性化技术实现模型转化,并采用基于预测-校正的交替方向乘子法进行求解;通过算例验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to cope with the rapid increase of distributed photovoltaic penetration rate, building a flexible interconnected distribution system is an important means. A distributed planning method for multi-region flexible interconnected distribution system based on soft open point(SOP) is proposed to realize the coordinated optimization configuration of SOP, distributed photovoltaic and energy storage in multiple interconnected distribution networks. The planning model of the flexible interconnected distribution system is established with the goal of minimizing the annual comprehensive cost. A distributed optimization model is constructed by decoupling multiple distribution networks from the multi-port SOP. The model is transformed through convex relaxation and linearization techniques, and is solved by using the prediction-correction-based alternating direction method of multipliers. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through numerical example.
