基于费马模糊的海上风电交流送出系统谐振分析与抑制

摘要:
为了分析海上风电固有复杂不确定性与交流海缆送出系统之间的谐振扰动传递机理,提出一种基于费马模糊的海上风电交流送出系统谐振分析方法及抑制策略。建立考虑海上风电网侧变流器控制系统以及海缆分布参数模型的海上风电交流送出系统阻抗模型,研究长距离交流海缆载流量及电压分布特性。从海上风电功率预测不精确、海洋环境信息不完备、海上送出设备参数不确知等复杂不确定性与海上风电交流送出系统的交互耦合作用着手,分析海上风电电压电流振荡变化的主导因素。引入费马模糊定理,结合海上风电不确定性因素的接受域、边界域以及拒绝域,提出考虑海上风速波动、海上交流送出系统故障率和运行特征参数变化的区间整定方法,进而对非理想电网条件下海上风电机网交互谐振现象进行机理分析并给出抑制措施。通过时域仿真验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:
In order to analyze the resonance disturbance transmission mechanism between the inherent complex uncertainties of offshore wind power and the AC submarine cable transmission system, a resonance analysis method and suppression strategy for the AC transmission system of offshore wind power based on Fermatean fuzzy set is proposed. The impedance model of AC transmission system of offshore wind power is established by considering the grid-side converter control system of the offshore wind power and the distribution parameter model of the submarine cable, and the current-carrying capacity and voltage distribution characteristics of the long-distance AC submarine cable are investigated. The dominant factors of offshore wind power oscillation are analyzed from the interactive coupling of complex uncertainties such as inaccurate offshore wind power prediction, incomplete marine environmental information, and uncertainty of offshore transmission equipment parameters with the AC transmission system of offshore wind power. By introducing Fermatean fuzzy theory, combined with the acceptance domain, boundary domain and rejection domain of offshore wind power uncertainty factors, the interval parameter adjustment method considering offshore wind speed fluctuation, failure rate of AC transmission system and the changes in operating characteristic parameters is proposed. Then, the mechanism of offshore wind machine-grid interaction resonance phenomenon under the non-ideal grid conditions is analyzed, and the suppression measures are given. The correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis results and the proposed method are verified by time-domain simulation.
