计及时变故障修复时间的配电网灾后抢修决策模型

摘要:
为了考虑时变故障修复时间对维修决策的影响,提出一种计及时变故障修复时间的配电网灾后应急抢修决策方法。考虑外界因素对故障修复时间的影响,建立时变维修前置时间和时变维修持续时间模型;在满足维修序列约束、系统运行约束、网络拓扑约束的前提下,协调维修队、抢修资源等保证目标函数最小化,建立配电网灾后抢修决策模型,对维修人员移动路径、电网最优潮流等问题进行综合优化;采用基于协同过滤策略的异构双种群蚁群算法对模型进行求解,显著提升求解效率。以IEEE 33节点系统为算例进行仿真分析,验证所提抢修决策模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to consider the influence of time-varying fault-repair time on repair decision-making, a post-disaster emergency repair decision-making method of distribution network considering time-varying fault-repair time is proposed. Considering the influence of external factors on the fault-repair time, the models of time-varying maintenance lead time and time-varying maintenance duration are established. Under the premise of meeting the constraints of maintenance sequence, system operation and network topology, a post-disaster emergency repair decision-making model of distribution network is established by coordinating the maintenance teams, emergency repair resources, etc. to ensure the minimization of objective function, based on which, the issues such as the movement path of maintenance personnel and the optimal power flow of power grid are comprehensively optimized. The model is solved by using a heterogeneous dual-population ant colony algorithm based on collaborative filtering strategy, which significantly improves the solving efficiency. The IEEE 33-node system is taken as an example for simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of the proposed emergency repair decision-making model and method.
