考虑输电线路动态增容技术的鲁棒机组组合

摘要:
高比例可再生能源的接入将使电力系统调度面临日益严重的电网阻塞难题。为了充分挖掘输电线路的潜在传输容量,提出一种考虑动态增容技术的鲁棒机组组合方法。提出基于盒式集合与椭球集合相结合的不确定集合构建方法,以准确刻画风电出力与线路动态传输容量的不确定性与时空相关性。建立考虑动态增容的两阶段鲁棒机组组合模型,并采用列与约束生成算法与基于卡罗需-库恩-塔克(KKT)条件的模型转化方法进行求解。通过算例分析验证所提方法的有效性,结果表明:动态增容技术能够显著增加输电线路的传输容量,提升系统运行的经济性;不确定集合构建方法可以更准确地刻画不确定性因素的取值范围与相关性,改善决策结果的保守性。

Abstract:
The access of high proportion of renewable energy will make power system scheduling face increasing grid congestion problem. In order to fully exploit the potential transmission capacity of transmission lines, a robust unit commitment method considering dynamic capacity expansion technology is proposed. An uncertainty set construction method based on the combination of box set and ellipsoid set is proposed to accurately portray the uncertainty and spatiotemporal correlation of wind power output and line dynamic transmission capacity. A two-stage robust unit commitment model considering dynamic capacity expansion is built, and it is solved by the column and constraint generation algorithm and a model transformation method based on KKT condition. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the example analysis, and the results show that the dynamic capacity expansion technology can significantly increase the transmission capacity of transmission lines and improve the economy of system operation, and the uncertainty set construction method can more accurately portray the range and correlation of uncertainty factors and improve the conservatism of the decision-making results.
