| 现有关于跨省调峰的研究普遍存在决策维度单一、支援能力与灵活性协同量化不足的问题。为此,提出一种基于支援能力与灵活性协同量化的跨省调峰保供优化方法。定义灵活性供给、需求以及两者的平衡关系,构建量化指标体系,实现系统灵活性评估;基于广义多项式混沌方法,刻画新能源与负荷不确定性耦合下的潮流概率分布,建立跨省支援能力-灵活性边界量化模型,生成各省的协同边界曲线;构建以协同边界为约束的区域电网调峰保供决策模型,形成跨省优化调度方案。某实际区域电网的仿真验证表明,所提方法可有效提升系统灵活调节能力,保障电网安全稳定运行,促进能源资源优化配置,验证了模型的可行性与有效性。 |

| The current research about inter-provincial peak shaving generally has the problems of single decision-making dimension and insufficient synergistic quantification of support capability and flexibility. Therefore, an optimization method for inter-provincial peak shaving and supply guarantee is proposed based on the synergistic quantification of support capability and flexibility. The flexibility supply, demand, and their balance relationship are defined, and a quantitative indicator system is constructed to realize system flexibility assessment. The probability distribution of power flow under the coupling of renewable energy and load uncertainties is characterized under the generalized polynomial chaos method, and a quantitative model for inter-provincial support capability-flexibility boundary is built to generate the synergistic boundary curves of each province. A decision-making model of peak shaving and supply guarantee for regional power grid is built with the synergistic boundaries as the constraints, and an optimal inter-provincial dispatch scheme is formed. The simulation verification of an actual regional power grid show that the proposed method can effectively improve the system flexible regulation capability, ensure secure and stable operation of power grid, facilitate optimal allocation of energy resource, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. |
