电力电子变换器并联系统的稳定控制策略及参数设计

摘要:
在构网型变换器和跟网型变换器组成的并联系统中,变换器之间的相互作用会导致该系统存在中低频振荡问题。以一台构网型变换器和一台跟网型变换器组成的并联系统为研究目标,建立两变换器的多输入多输出阻抗模型并分析并联系统的稳定性,结果表明锁相环带宽或线路阻抗过大会导致系统失稳。为提升稳定性,提出一种基于双二阶滤波器的稳定控制策略,并从构网型变换器输出阻抗零极点的角度研究双二阶滤波器参数与系统特性根的关系,提出通用的参数设计准则,保证稳定控制策略在多工况运行的设计通用性和有效性。仿真和实验结果验证了所提稳定控制策略和参数设计准则的有效性。

Abstract:
In the parallel system composed of grid-forming(GFM) converters and grid-following(GFL) converters, interactions between the converters can lead to mid-and low-frequency oscillation issues. Focusing on a parallel system composed of one GFM converter and one GFL converter, a multi-input multi-output impedance model for both converters is established and the stability of the parallel system is analyzed. The results indicate that excessive phase locked loop bandwidth or line impedance may cause system instability. To enhance the system stability, a stability control strategy based on a biquadratic filter is proposed. The relationships between the parameters of the biquadratic filter and the GFM converter output impedance’s poles and zeros are studied, and the general parameter design guidelines are proposed to ensure the versatility and effectiveness of the control strategy under various operating conditions. Simulative and experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed stability control strategy and the parameter design guidelines.
