考虑单台机组调节性能的GPSS机理分析及多机参数优化

摘要:
随着电力系统中新能源的渗透率日渐提高,系统整体惯量降低,频率稳定问题逐渐成为云南电网安全稳定运行的主要问题。传统调节比例-积分-微分参数的方法无法兼顾系统的稳定性能和调节速度,从频域角度分析该方法的局限性,并采用调速器侧电力系统稳定器(GPSS)来改善系统的稳定性能和机组调节速度。从传递函数角度对GPSS进行机理性分析,并分析GPSS参数对电力系统调节性能和稳定性能的影响;基于GPSS的性质,从频域角度提出一种综合考虑稳定裕度及单台机组调节性能的GPSS参数优化整定方法,该方法能同时提升安装GPSS的每台机组和整体系统的调节性能,并优化稳定裕度。云南电网的算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:
With the increasing penetration rate of new energy in the power system, the overall inertia of the system decreases and the frequency stability becomes a primary concern in the safe and stable operation of the Yunnan Power Grid. The traditional method of adjusting proportional-integral-differential parameters can not give consideration to both stability performance and adjusting speed. The limitation of this method is analyzed in frequency domain, and the governor-side power system stabilizer(GPSS) is used to improve the system stability performance and the unit adjusting speed. From the perspective of transfer function, the mechanical analysis of GPSS is carried out and the influence of GPSS parameters on the regulation performance and stability of power system is analyzed. Based on the properties of GPSS, a GPSS parameter optimization setting method is proposed from the perspective of frequency domain, which comprehensively considers the stability margin and the regulation performance of a single unit. The method can improve the regulation performance of each unit installed with GPSS and the whole system at the same time and optimize the stability margin. The simulative results of Yunnan Power Grid demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
