宁波城网改造中SCADA/DMS的综合性技术要点

宁波城网改造利用世界银行贷款在国内首次采用国际公开二步法招标,其技术规范书在国内外都有一定的流传。为了提高我国城市配网供电可靠性,目前国内有很多供电局和制造厂商,对配电管理系统(DMS)或DA,FA项目极为关注,现就此项目特别是在国际招标过程中的一些技术系统要点作一介绍,以期能对这一新技术领域的发展有所帮助。

Abstract:
The reconstruction project of Ningbo municipal power grid is done through open IBC bidding,it is the first time in China.Its technical specification is now distributed at home and abroad.In order to improve the reliability of power supply,there are many power bureaus and manufacturers who have interesting in DMS or DA,FA.Here we introduce the main technical points in the project,especially during the bidding,to push the development of this new technique forward.
