| 在简要介绍配电网自动化工程特点的基础上，对其综合技术经济效益及停电损失的评估进行了讨论，如用户停电损失、电力部门的停电损失及行业部门的停电损失，对一些实际的对象给出了相应的数据。所作的分析对配电网自动化工程的立项决策有一定的参考价值。 |

| Based on the brief introduction of power distribution automation project,its overall technological and economic benefit is well studied and the outage loss evaluation is elaborated through three aspects:user loss,electric department or utility loss,and industry loss.Data are given for some losses.It is useful in decision making of power distribution automation project. |
