集控站自动化模式及综合防误操作系统研究

摘要:
根据集控站出现的背景、自身特点、职能及功能要求,对当前国内集控站自动化模式及其微机监控系统设计中几个值得商榷的问题进行了探讨,简述了集控站综合防误操作系统应具备综合防误监控系统、集控站运行管理系统、智能操作票及预演培训系统、值班员操作培训系统、电压无功的自动控制、保护操作及管理、远程图象监控和保安报警等主要功能,介绍一种集控站微机综合防误操作系统方案及其实现方法。

Abstract:
Based on the background of its coming forth, its features and its functions, the automation mode of master station is discussed, and some design aspects of its microcomputer monitoring and control system are analyzed. The master station integrated misoperation proof system is introduced, which integrates the functions of misoperation proof system, master station management system, intelligent order sheet generation and rehearsal system, dispatcher training system, voltage and var automatic control, protection operation and management, remote visual monitoring and control, security and alarming, and etc. A system scheme and its implementation are presented.
