变电站RTU运行稳定性问题探讨

目前,电网调度自动化系统中RTU运行的稳定性往往不尽人意,具体表现形式主要有遥信误动,RTU死机,遥测精度达不到要求等。这不仅阻碍了调度值班员对电网运行状态的分析判断,使调度自动化系统可信度及可用率下降,同时给调度自动化系统运行率指标的完成带来困难,并且加重了值班员的工作负担。文章从RTU的设计,安装调试及运行管理等角度分析了影响RTU可靠运行所涉及的几个因素,阐述了设计环节是影响RTU稳定运行的主要因素,施工环节是RTU稳定运行的重要因素,管理环节是RTU稳定运行的重要保证。提出了解决遥信误动,RTU死机及设备抗干扰问题的方法。

Abstract:
The RTU operation stability in the dispatch automation system of electric power network is not as desirable at this moment.The main faults are:pseudo remote signaling message,RTU gone dead,low accuracy of remote metering value,and so on.All these influence the analysis and evaluation of the power network operating states by dispatcher,it makes the reliability and availability of the dispatch automation system lower.The realization of system operation index becomes difficult, the load of dispatcher becomes heavier.The factors that influence RTU operation stability are analyzed from designing,installation,commissioning and management of RTU.The conclusion is that the main factor is RTU designing,the important one is RTU installation and commissioning,and the assuring one is RTU management.Some approaches are given for solving the problems mentioned above.
