| 安全稳定问题是电力系统运行的重要问题，电力市场的实行，使安全稳定分析和控制的环境有了很大的变化，如远距离，大规模的功率传输大大增加，系统安全裕度减小，不确定因素增加等。在这种情况下，电力系统安全稳定控制系统面临着许多挑战，针对这些问题进行了分析，并提出了电力市场下电力系统安全稳定控制系统的设想。 |

| Security stability is very important in power system operation.With the deregulation of electricity industry, the environment of security stability analysis and control is undergoing great changes,such as larger capacity power transmission over longer distance,operation closer to security limit, more uncertainty factors, and so on.In this environment, the security control system of electric power system encounters many challenges. The situation is briefly analyzed and the concept of the security control system in electric power market is proposed. |
