摘要:
多协议标签交换MPLS(MultiprotocolLabelSwitching)路由技术综合了传统IP网络和ATM网络的路由及交换技术的特点,简化了IP与ATM集成,推动了它们的统一。其在无连接方式或显式网络中引入了连接模式的特性,并适用于动态隧道方式;其将复杂的事务处理推到网络边缘去完成,维护了IP协议的扩展民生;其独立于物理和数据链路层,做到上下层之间多协议的协调,最大限度地兼顾了原有技术的融合与发展。介绍了逐跳式路由通信、显式路由LSP(LabelSwitchedPath)、标签栈技术、LSP地型结构、LSP隧道等路由技术,并进行相应的比较,说明了MPLS的优点。

Abstract:
The MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching)architecture route technique has colligated the route and switch technique characteristics of traditional IP(Internet Protocol)network and ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode)network,predigested the integration of IP and ATM and promoted their unification.It imports the specialty of connect mode into the connectionless mode or explicit network,and it is the same with the dynamic state tunnel mode. It makes the complicated transaction processing been accomplished in the edge of network and maintains the expansibilty of IP and it is independent of the physical layer and link layer.It harmonizes multiprotocol among different layers and gives great attention to the syncretism and development of original techniques.The hop by hop routed communications,explicitly routed LSP(Label Switched Path),label stack technique,LSP trees,LSP tunnel and some other route techniques are introduced in detail and the corresponding comparisons are made,which shows the advantages of MPLS.
