三相不平衡系统的无功补偿控制

摘要:
400V低压配电系统一般采用三相四线制形式,三相负荷多为不对称运行,因此采用分相补偿方式,电容器组采用星形等容量接法,介绍采用DSP芯片作为控制核心的无功补偿自动控制器,用短数据窗傅氏算法快速准确地检测出各相所需的无功功率,根据电压和无功功率相结合的复合控制策略快速投切补偿电容器,达到对冲击负荷的快速响应(一个周期内响应),能有效地防止过补偿,较好地抑制投切振荡,无功补偿控制器具有循环投切,过压保护等功能,适用于全相补偿和分相补偿。

Abstract:
V low voltage distribution system is usually running in three-phrase four-wire mode with unbalanced three-phase loads,hence phase-splitting compensation is adopted and the capaci-tors are applied in Y-connection with equal capacity.The presented automatic var compensation controller uses DSP processor as its controlling unit,determines the var needed for each phase quickly and accurately using short data window fourier algorithm,adopts the combined criterion of voltage&var to switch capacitors,and responds rapidly to percussive load(within one cycle).It can prevent over-compensation effectively and well withhold switching oscillation.It has the func-tions of circulative switching,over-voltage protection and so on.The controller is generally applied in three-phase compensation and phase-splitting compensation.
